Privacy Policy

We collect only the details needed to manage bookings: name, email, phone, stay dates, guest count, payment status, and room selection.

Super admins can access booking and customer contact details for support and operations. Hotel owners can see booking dates, room counts, guest counts, status, and payout details, but not customer phone or email.

Payment processing is handled through Razorpay when enabled. We do not store card details on this site.
