Can I change dates?
Date changes depend on room availability and any price difference.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings cannot be cancelled for refund. No refunds are provided after payment. Read the full Cancellation Policy.
What happens if rooms are full?
You can share your phone number from the sold-out room flow and our team will try to help with nearby local rooms.
Are prices tax-inclusive?
Taxes and extra charges are not separately configured yet. Treat displayed prices as room booking prices until final tax setup is completed.
Can hotel owners see my phone number?
No. Hotel owners can see booking dates, room count, guest count, status, and payout, but customer contact details are hidden.
